Treasure Hunt Rules

1	Treasure Hunt runs from July 2, 2026 to July 18, 2026 at participating businesses in St. Andrews, NB
2	Visit www.portcitypyrates.ca for your Treasure Hunter's Card.  Print a copy and take it with you to St. Andrews between July 2 and July 18, 2026
3	Visit a participating Business in St. Andrews during the Treasure Hunt dates.  Find the cypher, solve it and enter the answer on your entry form.
4	Entries must be dropped off at the Fundy Discovery Aquarium in St. Andrews, NB by 10 am Saturday July 18, 2025
5	A draw of all correctly completed entries will be made on Sunday July 19, 2026
6	Results and awards will be presented on Sunday July 19, 2026 at 2:00 pm in Behind Sheriff Andrews House, St. Andrews, NB
7	Winners not present at the awards ceremony will be contacted and arrangements will be made to get the awards to them
8	All entrants agree to have their pictures taken with the Port City Pyrates and further agree that their images, likenesses, words and information can,may, and will be used by the Fundy Pirate Fest, Port City Pyrates, the Town of St. Andrews, and the Fundy Discovery Aquarium for promotions, marketing and advertising.
9	Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address allowed during the Treasure Hunt.  Any additional entries will be removed from the draw.
10	The organizers reserve the right to disqualify anyone for any reason, as per their judgement.
11	The organizers reserve the right to change these rules without notice.
